Opening of the office of the Iraqi Association for Information and Communications Technology in Najaf Al-Ashraf and election of the administrative body.

In an important organizational step to enhance its institutional presence and expand its activities in the provinces, the Iraqi Association for Information and Communications Technology announced the opening of its official office in the holy city of Najaf, in the presence of a select group of the association's members in the province.

The occasion witnessed the holding of sub-elections to select the administrative body of the office, in a highly professional and organized atmosphere characterized by transparency and integrity, under the supervision of a specialized committee headed by Dr. Ali Abbas Al-Sabbagh, head of the association's office in the holy city of Karbala, and membership of Assistant Professor Ahmed Hazem Jihad and Mr. Fadel Karim Al-Khalidi.

The elections were held at Imam Al-Sadiq University (peace be upon him) in Najaf, which hosted this event in support of scientific and professional activities, and to enhance the role of academic institutions in serving the community.

The association confirmed that this step comes within its strategy to activate its role at the provincial level, contributing to the development of the information and communications technology sector in Iraq, empowering local talents, and promoting organized institutional work.
