President of the Iraqi Association: Al-Shaab University is a pioneering model in digital transformation and the application of intelligent systems.
Within the framework of enhancing academic and technical cooperation, the President of the Iraqi Society, Dr. Ali Nasser Al-Khuwaileidi, visited Al-Shaab University today, April 26, 2026, and was received by the University President, Professor Dr. Youssef Khalaf Youssef (Al-Dininawi).
Activating Strategic Partnership
During the meeting, discussions were held on ways to activate the provisions of the agreement concluded between the Society and the University, and joint coordination to translate these resolutions into work programs that contribute to developing the information and communications technology sector in the academic environment.
Al-Shaab University: A Model for Digital Transformation
Dr. Al-Khuwaileidi expressed his great admiration for the advanced technical systems he reviewed, saying:
"What we have witnessed at Al-Shaab University of integrated digital systems serving the teaching staff and students is heartwarming and confirms that we are facing an institution built entirely on the vision of digital transformation. This development places Al-Shaab University at the forefront of Iraqi universities that harness the latest technologies to serve the educational process."
Supporting Student Projects and Modern Initiatives
The meeting also witnessed an extensive discussion on student projects and how to provide technical and advisory support to them by experts and members of the Iraqi Society, to ensure the adoption of young talents and guide them towards modern topics required by the digital labor market.
At the conclusion of the visit, Dr. Al-Khuwaileidi expressed his high thanks and appreciation to the presidency of Al-Shaab University, represented by Professor Dr. Youssef Al-Dininawi and all its staff, appreciating the tremendous and strenuous efforts made by the University to raise the level of students and employees, and to move forward towards building a generation armed with digital knowledge.
