We extend our highest expressions of congratulations and felicitations on the occasion of the remarkable success achieved by the National Forum of Humanitarian Associations in Iraq, a success that contributed to strengthening the presence of rigorous scientific discourse and establishing an effective, knowledge-producing academic and institutional environment, by bringing together an elite group of specialists and decision-makers to formulate practical visions with tangible impact on the ground.

We are also pleased to express our utmost gratitude and appreciation to Professor Dr. Haider Abd Dahd, President of the Supreme Council of Scientific Associations, in recognition of his visionary leadership and constructive organizational support, and to Sheikh Qasim Al-Hashimi, President of the Association for Specialized Studies between the Seminary and the University, in acknowledgment of his institutional dedication and field efforts that contributed to enhancing the scientific presence and consolidating the Association's standing.
