The Administrative Board of the Supreme Council of Scientific Societies holds its meeting today under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Professor Dr. Haider Abd Dahd.

The Administrative Body of the Supreme Council of Scientific Associations at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held its regular meeting, chaired by Professor Dr. Haider Abd Dahd, the Scientific Deputy of the Ministry of Higher Education, and attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Talib Zaidan Al-Mousawi, Vice President of the Council, and Dr. Alaa Hussein Hanzal, the Financial Secretary, along with Dr. Haider Jumaa Al-Kaabi, Head of the Scientific Coordination Department at the Ministry.

The meeting discussed a number of projects and programs aimed at supporting and developing the progress of scientific associations at the scientific, technical, administrative, and financial levels. It was decided to present these projects within the agenda of the General Body meeting of the Council, scheduled to be held in a third session before the end of the current year.

During the session, the date and location for the General Body meeting were also proposed, according to two options:

Najaf Al-Ashraf on 20/12 (Saturday).

Baghdad – Al-Absali Hall in Holy Kadhimiyah on 27/12 (Saturday).

The attendees emphasized the importance of enhancing the effectiveness of scientific associations and expanding their role in supporting the academic and research process, while the meeting concluded with prayers for success and guidance.
